This 3-day, instructor-led seminar reviews the security domains in full and that can provide further tips and insight into the world of Security Project Management. This seminar will provide project managers with a clear perspective on the importance of their role to project stakeholders and identifies risk that could hinder project success. By participating in the seminar, you will receive the SIA Resource guide that provides information for studying and preparing for the exam. You will also receive the Student Handbook, SPM Body of Knowledge, and the CSPM Student Handbook. During the last day, dive into a fast-paced CSPM 6-hour review course. The CSPM Review Course is designed to help you prepare for the Certified Security Project Manager (CSPM) exam. Covers key concepts and skills outlined in the CSPM exam blueprint that will help you identify specific areas where you might need to do some additional studying before the exam.
